BOOKING POLICIES

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
~ A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.
Your deposit is deducted from your payment total.

TARDINESS & CANCELLATIONS:
~ There is a 15-minute grace period. An additional $15 will be added to your total after 15 minutes.
Appointment will be canceled after 20 minutes.
~ You have the ability to cancel your appointment 24 hours before its scheduled time on the website.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, it is considered a late cancellation and will be subject to a 50% charge.
~ NO CALL/NO SHOW will be subject to a 100% charge of booked service and you will no longer be able to book with The Loctress Lounge.

QUESTIONS & CONCERNS:
~ Please be mindful of your loctician's health by not scheduling your appointment if you are sick.
